Thyme Lemon

A perennial lemon scented thyme with small green or variegated leaves producing small pink flowers in summer.

Requires an open, sunny position in well drained soil. Grows to 25cm.

Harvesting: Leaves can be harvested all year round. Lemon thyme can be pruned pre-spring and throughout the growing season to encourage fresh growth.

Uses: Add to sauces, baked vegetables, risotto, fruit salad, salad dressings, infused olive oil, fish, meat and chicken dishes.
