Thai Basil

A tasty annual basil with spicy, aniseed flavoured leaves.

Requires a sunny, moist well drained soil with wind protection while establishing. Grows to 25cm.

Harvesting: Harvest tips to encourage fresh growth. Remove flower spikes in summer. During the hotter months mulch, water and fertilise.

Uses: Used in tom yum soup, thai beef salad, fish, chicken and curry dishes.
