Rosemary

An aromatic perennial shrub with grey/green needle like leaves producing bright blue flowers in spring.

Rosemary requires an open, sunny, well drained position. Can tolerate dry conditions. Grows to 50cm.

Harvest: Harvest regularly or prune to encourage a compact bushy shape.

Uses: Leaves can be used to flavour olive oil, meat, chicken, bread, pasta, sauces, baked vegetables and salad dressings.
