A hardy perennial with multi-coloured peppery flavoured leaves producing pink flowers in spring. Vietnamese mint would be best contained in a large pot. Requires a sunny, warm, well drained position with adequate fertiliser and water during the growing season.
Grows 15cm spreading.
Harvesting: Harvest young leaves all year round.
Cut back pre-spring to encourage fresh new growth if plant becomes untidy.
Uses: Used for laksa dishes, thai salads, rice paper rolls, vietnamese and thai cuisine.
