A perennial shrub with a lemony aroma and flavour. Requires a sunny, moist well drained position. In winter lemon verbena is dormant but will reappear in spring. Grows to 1m.
Harvesting: Harvest regularly or prune to maintain fresh growth and shape.
Uses: Used to add a lemony flavour to meats, vegetable marinades, jams, desserts, ice-cream, sorbet and herbal teas.
