Italian Parsley

A flavoursome, growing herb with dark green flat leaves.

Requires a sunny, moist well drained position. Grows to 40cm.

Harvesting: Italian parsley can be grown and harvested all year round. Pick outer leaves frequently to encourage new central growth.

Uses: Leaves are used to flavour sauces, soups, salads, meat, chicken, fish and rice dishes. Can be added to vegetable juices and pet food.
